Leaderboard KPI - Admin

Now allocate credits and monitor KPIs for enhanced productivity.

Every individual contributes to the organization's growth in different capacities. Leaderboard KPI helps to value every effort and action a individual takes through Toolyt. From converting a lead to customer or missing a visit every activity is considered as an effort.

For every activity the admin can set credits and evaluate the performance of individuals. Based on individual scoring and leaderboard positions the team leads or management to can gift the high performer and help increase the productivity of the low performer.

Leader Board

Only when this module is enabled, users can see Leader Board in the 'Team' tab in Toolyt dashboard.

Enabling Leader Board

Step 1: Select 'Admin Configurations' by clicking on the profile icon.

Step 2: Select 'Modules' under Apps and Automation category.

Step 3: Click (tick) on 'Leader Board'. and click on 'Yes' when enable dialogue box comes.

Step 4: By clicking on the 'Settings' icon, admin can set leaderboard visibility (i.e., users ranking) for the organizations.

KPI

Leaderboard KPI consists of 7 categories that assign points for each action. And KPI's can be assigned based on designations.

Enabling Leader Board KPI:

Step 1: Select 'Admin Configurations' by clicking on the profile icon.

Step 2: Select 'Modules' under Apps and Automation category.

Step 3: Click (tick) on 'KPI' and click on 'Yes' when enable dialogue box comes.

Step 4: 'Leaderboard' option comes under Apps and Automation category.

Setting up a KPI:

Step 1: Select any KPI category. Ex: Punctuality.

Step 2: Enable the KPI (Ex: Attendance) by selecting the toggle switch, click on 'Yes' when enable dialogue box comes.

Step 3: Now select the greater than symbol beneath the activity. A 'KPI settings' box comes on the right side.

Step 4: In the KPI setting box, you will have different activities listed out with a box to give credits as well as a toggle switch to enable and disable it.

Step 5: After this click on 'Apply' button in the settings box.

Note: The settings remains same i.e. in 'Default' if no designations are selected.

How to set designation specific KPI?

Step 1: Click on 'Designation' tab and select designations to whom the KPI must be allocated.

Step 2: After selecting the designations click on save button

Step 3: Now select the KPI and respective activity.

Step 4: Select the dropdown near to the KPI settings title which is preselected as 'Default' to select specific designations.

Step 5: Once the credits are given click on 'Apply' button.
