Increase your sales revenue through short term activities.

In the below article we shall discuss how a senior level user can add and view a campaign through Toolyt mobile app as well as see how someone from junior level can view a campaign.

Senior Level (Ex: Manager)


Add a campaign

Step 1: Login with your credentials. Click on the 'Menu' icon on the right bottom corner.

Step 2: Click on 'Campaign' from the menu lists page.

Step 3: Click on 'Add' button in right bottom corner from the campaign page.

Step 4: .A 'Add Campaign' page comes and you can fill the necessary details.

Step 5: Set a Campaign Name and select the start.

Step 6: Select the modules such as Leads, Customers, Channels to be covered from the dropdown.

Note: You cannot multiselect the modules from the dropdown.

Step 7: Now select the 'Activities' from the dropdown. You can choose multiple activities.

Note: By clicking on each activity it turns to dark blue from grey color.

Step 8: Fill in the target in 'Number of stages/visits/forms/calls' fields, that a single user should achieve.

Note: If in 'Activities' forms and stages are selected, then you will get an additional field to select forms or stages to be filled or completed.

Step 9: Select the participants and assign them based on team, user, or designation. 

Note: If 'Team/User/Designation' is selected, 'Teams/users/designation' field comes with a plus icon. Here you can multiselect the options from the dropdown.

Step 10: Provide 'instructions' and 'rewards' if necessary.

Step 11: Click on 'Submit' button to add the campaign

Note: By clicking on 'Smart View' you will only see the mandatory fields.

View campaign

Step 1: Login with credentials in Toolyt. You can view 'Campaign' in the 'Overview' page.

Step 2: Click on the 'Menu' icon on the right bottom corner.

Step 3: Click on 'Campaign' from the menu lists page. Now you can view different campaigns

Step 4: Click on 'Filter' icon and apply filters accordingly

Step 5: Click on specific campaigns to be viewed. You will reach 'Campaign Details' page.

Step 6: Select the 'greater than' icon near campaign details to view further details.

Step 7: You can 'Edit-Delete-Cancel' an active campaign by clicking on 'Three dots' on the top right corner of a campaign.

Step 8: You can view a user's performance just by clicking on the users name in participants list.

Junior Level (Ex: Sales Executive)


View campaign

Step 1: Login with credentials in Toolyt. You can view 'Campaign' in the 'Overview' page.

Step 2: Click on the 'Menu' icon on the right bottom corner.

Step 3: Click on 'Campaign' from the menu lists page. Now you can view different campaigns

Step 4: Click on 'Filter' icon and apply filters accordingly

Step 5: By clicking on specific campaigns to be viewed. You will reach 'Campaign Details' page.

Step 6: Select the 'greater than' icon near campaign details to view further details.

Step 7: You can view a user's performance just by clicking on the users name in participants list.

Note: Based on the privilege, a junior level user cannot create, edit or delete a campaign.
