Branch - Admin

This module helps you to create different branch master, associate branch with region as well as create user visibility based on branch.

Creating branch master


In Toolyt you can 'create' branch as well as 'bulk import' branch masters.

Step 1: Select 'Admin Configuration' from the profile tab.

Step 2: Select 'Branch' which is under 'Manage' category.

Step 3: Enter the details in 'Add branch' option which is on the right side. 

Step 4: Click on 'save' button.

Bulk import branch

Step 1: Select 'Admin Configuration' from the profile tab.

Step 2: Select 'Import' which is under 'Data export and import' category

Step 3: Select 'branch' from select module to import data dropdown and click on 'download' button.

Step 4: Fill in all the details in the downloaded excel sheet and save it.

Step 5: Now click on 'next' button.

Step 6: Click on 'import' icon, upload the saved excel sheet and click on 'next' button

Note: The 'region id' and 'enable and disable status' will be available in the sheet 2 and sheet 3 of the downloaded excel.

Settings in branch master

In the settings of branch master you can enable branch connection with region, thereby under each region few branches could be associated.

Once this is enabled you will get the 'region' field adding the branch.

Editing a branch

Step 1: Click on the 'edit' icon under action category near to each branch.

Step 2: Edit the necessary fields.

Step 3: Click on 'update' button.

Enable/Disable a branch.

Step 1: Click on the 'edit' icon under action category near to each branch.

Step 2: Click on 'enabled' toggle button.

Step 3: Click on 'update' button.

Delete a branch

Step 1: Click on the 'delete' icon under action category near to each branch.

Step 2: Click on 'ok' button from the delete dialogue box.

Adding branch master to forms


Step 1: Select 'Admin Configuration' from the profile tab.

Step 2: Select 'Form' which is under 'Manage' category. 

Step 3: Click on 'Add new Form’ or you may choose an existing form from the manage tab.

Step 4: Select ‘Manage Form Properties’ icon from respective from.

Step 5: Drag and drop 'branch' element from the element box.

Step 6: Click on 'settings' icon. You can select (tick different settings).

Step 7: Click on 'save' button.

Note: When 'show only user branches' is enabled, it will only show the branches with which the user is mapped.

Note: When 'show all branches' is enabled, all active and inactive branches will be listed.

Note: When both these options aren't selected, only active branches will be listed.
